How to share Threads posts on LINE
Send the original Threads link to a LINE chat, or download the media first when you want the sticker, photo or video to appear directly in the conversation.
Share a Threads link in LINE
Open the Threads post, tap the share icon, and choose Copy link. Open LINE, select the chat or group, paste the URL, and send it. This method is useful when the recipient should read the original post or see its comments and context.
If the post is private, deleted, or restricted, the link may not open for the recipient. A copied link does not remove Threads visibility rules.
Send the downloaded media instead
To send a sticker, image or GIF as a file, paste the public Threads link into Threads Sticker Saver and select Extract media. Choose the item you want, then tap Share or Download.
If LINE appears in the phone's share sheet, select it and choose the destination chat. If it does not appear, save the item to Photos or Files first, open LINE manually, and attach it from the chat's photo or file button.
Share Threads videos to LINE
For a public video or photo post, use the Threads video and photo downloader. Download the MP4 or image, then attach it from LINE. This is more reliable than trying to pass a temporary media URL between apps.
A long video or a large original file may take time to upload. Keep the app open until the upload finishes, and check the file size if LINE refuses the attachment.
iPhone workflow
On iPhone, Safari may place downloads in Files. After the extraction result appears, open the item or tap the browser share button. Choose LINE if it is listed. Otherwise choose Save to Files or Save Image, then attach the saved item inside LINE.
If you are sending several stickers, try a smaller selection. The iOS share sheet and the destination app can have different limits for multiple attachments.
Android workflow
On Android, downloaded files usually appear in Downloads or the browser's download notification. Tap the notification, choose Share, and select LINE. You can also open LINE, choose a chat, and attach the file from Gallery or the file picker.
If the file opens instead of saving, use the browser's three-dot menu and select Download. If the file still cannot be attached, try one item at a time and confirm that the download completed.
Why LINE may not show up
The share sheet only lists apps that are installed and able to accept the file type. A browser may offer a link share but not an image or video share, and some formats may not be accepted by every app version. Downloading the file first gives you a reliable fallback.
Threads Sticker Saver does not require a LINE account or Threads login. It only processes the public link you choose to submit.
Use media responsibly
Share content you created, have permission to use, or are otherwise allowed to share. If you are sending another creator's work to a group, keep the original source and do not present the media as your own.
